8th Grade Awards and Promotion Ceremony

From the school Nurse:
Please be aware that students entering 7th grade have additional vaccine requirements that are required by the state of Texas. They are:
- 1 dose of Meningococcal vaccine
- A 2nd dose of Varicella
- A booster dose of Tdap
If you are unsure of whether or not your child has received these vaccines, please contact your doctor.
If you have not already done so, please provide a copy of your child’s updated shot record to the school nurse by August 27, 2012.
Also, for your convenience, the Texas Children’s Hospital mobile van will be at West Briar MS on August 15th from 9 AM to 2:30 PM giving immunizations for free.
Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and you must bring the child’s shot record. |
