Campus Online Procedures
- Teachers are to notify Dean Johnson one (1) week or more ahead of time that they would like to give a CBA or teacher generated test.
- Dean Johnson will print out answer documents and place in teacher’s box prior to the test. Each teacher will also receive four blank documents for any student that may be new.
- Once the teacher has administered the test, the teacher is to send all or the majority of the answer documents (minus absent student documents) to Ms. Frank’s office (D205). This should occur preferably the day of the test OR the next day.
- Dean Johnson and/or Ms. Frank will scan all answer documents to be graded through Campus Online. There is a 24 – 48 hour turnaround for data results. This allows me to scan the next day for students who were absent.
- Once the majority of the answer documents have been graded, the data results will be placed on the W: drive for teachers to view and print out their own student’s results. The file where teachers may print out individual student results is called STUDENT RESPONSES.
- Each content area has their own file within the W: drive
- Math Data 2009 – 2010
- Science Data 2009 – 2010
- ELA Data 2009 – 2010
- History Data 2009 – 2010
- Writing Data 2009 - 2010
- Each CBA, Released TAKS and/or teacher generated test will have the following information provided to the teachers.
- TAKS/TEKS – disaggregates information into various categories
- Student Responses –individual student result sheets
- Class Responses – summarizes for each teacher student results
- CBA Tutorials – Identifies all students that made 0% - 70% per objective
- If a teacher wants to input a “teacher generated test” Ms. Johnson will need the following information (the actual test is not needed):
Title of Test à Unit 1 Process Skills Test Answer Key and Objectives (GT)
Problem Number |
Answer |
Objective |
1 |
B |
6.1A |
2 |
A |
6.2C |
NOTE: If teacher is differentiating tests for GT/PAP/Adv/Modified students identify that within the title if the test has different multiple choice answers.
- If a teacher wants to add a rubric/essay to their test (i.e. writing portion, short answer) then they may but they must speak with Dean Johnson about how the test must look in order to print out the appropriate answer document. NOTE: If a teacher has a rubric/essay portion on their test, they must bubble in the appropriate score on each student’s answer document before turning them in to Dean Johnson.
