Objectives:  Students will                   (1) Learn movement sequences

                                                            (2) Learn formations

                                                            (3) Learn tempo of music

 

Students must be able to sight read the teacher, employ basic dance technique, show personal purpose in the dance

Objectives:  Prepare for a performance

 

 

Activities:        Girls:        Learn movements in the modern dance            

Boys:  B-boy combination, including power moves

Company:  Review existing dances

                  

Assessment:  Teacher/student – visual and kinesthetic
