Notice

This information details enrollment procedures during the active school year only. It does not apply during

holidays or non instructional days during the summer.

 

Registration daily from 8:30A.M. - 10:15A.M.

In order to complete enrollment procedures, please be sure you have the following.
Por favor tebga los siguientes documentos para el processo de matriculacion.

• Photo identification of natural parent or guardian. If guardian, documentation of guardianship.
Identificacion de foto de (padres o duardianes). Documento de guardian.

• Birth Certificate.
Certificado de nacimiento.

• Report Card from last school attended.
Reporte de calificaciones.

• Withdrawal sheet from former school, if changing during the school year.
Documentos de retiro de la escuela anterior.

• Social Security Card.
Tarjeta de Seguro Social.

• Immunization Record.
Certificado de vacunas.

• Copy of HISD transfer, if out of attendance zone.
Transfer si no esta en nuestra zona.

• Proof of residency, lease or light bill.
Prueba de residencia, contrato de apartmento o el pago de la luz.
